Rhett Russell is rapper from Waynesboro, VA. He was signed to the Psychic Records record label from 2016-2017 before his contract was terminated for the label to move on to more serious work. Debates still continue on whether Rhett was in on the joke, or if he thought his music was sincerely good.
His top single remains The Kool-Aid Man, though other songs from Russell’s now removed album, Vodka Gasoline, created lots of controversy throughout Waynesboro at the time of release.
