$moller (The 29 ‘’XXIX’’), alias of José Sitoe Junior, was born on the 20th of April 1997. He is currently a musician at CypherStudios. His musical inspirations are Andre 3000, Azagaia, Childish Gambino, Frank Ocean, Kendrick Lamar, MF DOOM, Michael Jackson, Simba and PizzaW/Pineapples.

José began singing professionally about a year ago, in 2009. His first performance was at ‘’Estádio do Zimpeto’’, during the stadiums inauguration ceremony. Before the performance, like any other first-time performer, he felt nervous, not only because it was in front of a huge audience, but also because he was singing with Moreira Chonguissa, one of the country’s well-known and successful musicians. But, as the performance went on, he found himself getting more and more comfortable, his nerves lost as he the singing took over, filling him with passion.

José doesn’t see music as a hobby nor job because to him, music is his life. His long term goal is to become an icon and an inspiration to every child from his ‘’hood’’. He sees himself eventually being a part of a record label, that is if he doesn’t create one himself. His motivation to keep on singing is everything he lives, sees and feels around his neighborhood, humanity and the joy of inspiring.

As an artist, he knows what it is like to start from scratch, having no one know you or your work, so to someone who wants to become a musician, José advices them to be themselves and not someone that has made it already. You need to dream higher and study the greater ones to become one as well. Also never forget to work twice as much because that is what will make your dreams come true. He has managed to get to where he is thanks to the support of his best friend Vic (The 21 ‘’XXI’’) and his siblings. The people who admire his work have also played a huge role on the progression of his career.
