“Clara Bow” is the last track on eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department by Taylor Swift.

The title pays homage to the silent film star Clara Bow. Bow would struggle mental health issues caused by the stress of her fame. She was also known for having a “turbulent love life”.

The manipulation of her career and her image could be commentary about Swift’s own relationship with fame.
