“Back n Love” is the 13th track on ScHoolboy Q’s sixth album BLUE LIPS. Featuring a guest appearance from producer/rapper Devin Malik, the song was released on February 6, 2024 at 12:00PM EST on his website as an “album preview”, alongside “Blueslides”.

The song acts as Q’s revived feeling of falling back in love with the music he’s making. Making sense since he completed this song after BLUE LIPS was finished. It’s a common theme on this album that Q is giving a snapshot of his life now since 2019’s CrasH Talk.
Due to the song initially not appearing on the album’s tracklist trailer, it was unclear whether the song was scheduled to be on the album, and was originally thought to be a non-album track. However, in a Reddit Q&A session on the ScHoolboy Q subreddit, Devin Malik confirmed that the song will be on the album and was created after the trailer was shot (which was also done around the same time as the “Yeern 101” music video shoot).
