“7 Days” is a song by English R&B singer Craig David. It was released on 24 July 2000 as the second single from his debut studio album, Born to Do It (2000). “7 Days” is David’s biggest worldwide hit to date, hitting number one in the United Kingdom and number ten in the United States, and receiving a Gold certification sale in the UK. In 2001, the song was nominated for the BRIT Award for Best Single (losing out to Robbie Williams' “Rock DJ”), and in 2003, it was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance.

The song was the 17th best selling song of 2000 in the UK. There is also a remix produced by DJ Premier which features Mos Def and Craig interpolating Nate Dogg’s chorus from “Oh No”. The song was recently covered by Zoot Woman.
