The artists explores the loneliness he feels, even though he is surrounded by the noise and flashing lights of an arcade. He realizes that these electric companions are not sufficient to live a happy life, but is unable to tear himself away from what has now become a source of sadness for him. He calls out for someone else to take him away and give him a new purpose in life.
