The smooth ballad resembled the Quiet Storm style, similar to soft rock, during the mid-late 70s. Additionally, the song is more well-known for covers by R&B starlet Aaliyah, who’s version peaked at #6 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Charts, and Frank Ocean who covered the track on his 2016 video-album, Endless.
