“A Little Party Never Killed Nobody (All We Got)” is a collaboration with rapper Q-Tip and producer Listenbee, who went by GoonRock at the time of the song release. It is a contribution to the soundtrack for 2013 film version of the “Jazz Age” novel The Great Gatsby. In numerous ways, such as the horn melody at the beginning, the song is inspired by the music of the era.
