The title is a pun on the movie in which he played his most popular part as a professional actor, Bedtime for Bonzo, just as other compositions of around the same time such as the Ramones UK single My Brain Is Hanging Upside Down (Bonzo Goes to Bitburg) and the Dead Kennedys song Rambozo the Clown.
