The “Be Prepared” scene in “Hoodwinked!” is often considered the most memorable part of the film, but it was almost cut from the original product entirely (song and all)!

The creators of the film felt the non sequitur scene distracted from the central plotline, but after running an early copy of the film past a test group of children, they were persuaded the scene was too entertaining to cut.
