“2 Kool 2 Be 4-Gotten” is the third track from Lucinda Williams' 1998 album Car Wheels on a Gravel Road.

The song was inspired by the photographs of Birney Imes, from his 1990 collection Juke Joint. The photographs capture the “juke joint” music halls of the Mississippi Delta. The song is filled with stories from these place, intermixed with direct quotations of graffiti and signs posted throughout those spaces.
