The music video was directed by Jared Leto, under the pseudonym Angakok Panipaq, and filmed in the Greenland and Iceland. The video had an environmental theme (global warming), with the proceeds of every downloaded copy going to an environmental charity; it featured hidden frames of coal emmisons, dead animals and crosses.
