‘Never Again’ is the lead single of Kelly’s third album ‘My December’. It features a strong rock sound, heavy guitars and angry lyrics, written by Kelly Clarkson herself, whose difficult break-up with her ex inspired the entire album. The song was almost removed from the album because of the harsh lyrical nature, but Kelly decided to keep it because she thought it was a fun and blunt song with a great energy.

‘Never Again’ reached #8 on the Billboard charts.
