“My Happy Ending” is the second single from Avril Lavigne’s sophomore album Under My Skin.

The song peaked at #9 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped Billboard’s Mainstream Top 40 chart in 2004. It was certified Gold by the RIAA.

Lyrically, the song is about a relationship that doesn’t work out, and deals with having to say goodbye to all of the memories together that both people in the relationship once had.
