He wrote this song around the time she was addicted to cocaine and in trouble with the law for drug possession. This song seems to be a reaction to these events. Especially since he repeatedly calls her a cokehead.

This is one of many songs Eminem has made to show his outright hatred of his ex wife. His other notable ones are “‘97 Bonnie and Clyde” and “Kim” which shows more violent sides of his hatred of her.
