the song is written from the viewpoint of the infamous BTK killer Dennis Rader and his most-known method of murder; to bind, torture, and kill. during that time, the BTK strangler not only tortured and killed his victims, but he also sent handwritten letters to the police and local news companies going into full detail of the killings. Dennis was arrested in 2005 (one year before this album was released) and was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for 175 years.
