The subject matter of “Dialectic Chaos” basically means that somebody costs something to have something happen that the result will be what they want. They’ll cause a catastrophe and set into motion change. And if it wasn’t for them causing this catastrophe, the change wouldn’t happen. Kinda like 9/11.
