These are on-the-spot Poems written for the Russell Brand podcast which came out on AudioBoom. Russell & Matt would chat for 40 mins & I would then try to link their main themes into an instant poem & then recite it.

I usually threw in some references of my own, based on whatever I was reading or what was going on in the world at that time.
