As the second installation of BTS' cypher series, “Cypher, Pt. 2: Triptych” is a masterpiece of moving parts and rap style. Unlike in “BTS Cypher Pt. 1” where they defend themselves being idol rappers:

He’s essentially an idol shit anyway – they look down on me
They give their principles to the dogs and laugh at my name

In this track they wear this mismatch of a title with pride, flaunting their success while dissing those that slandered them.

Targeting specifically the discourse that happened between the rappers and B-Free, the lines delivered are cutting and ruthless:
