“Fun Boys” is the 6th track in the first installment of 화양연화 The Most Beautiful Moment In Life.

Derived from the nickname “흥탄소년단,” (Fun Boys) where “흥” cleverly replaces the “방” in “방탄소년단,” (Bulletproof Boy Scouts) this song truly encapsulates BTS as artists. Evidently, their nickname does them justice.

An excitable, fast-paced track, it is a modernized version of a retro punk hip-hop genre known as ‘P-Funk’ today, which originated from the 80’s music craze.

Member participation in this track reached an all-time high, as each member wrote lyrics according to the character they were portraying. In addition, Suga once again showed his abilities as a producer in the creation of this track.
