Bon Appetit is one of Bronson’s earliest works (and his first official release), which he recorded recovering from a leg injury that prevented him from working as a chef.

The song talks about his Mexican colleagues who worked with him in the kitchen, his former workplace.

The song samples the very famous Canción Del Mariachi (Morena De Mi Corazón) as performed by Los Lobos. The title translates to The Wolves – Song of the Mariachi (Brown Girl of my Heart).
