Released as an Adult Swim single (Week 15), DOOM and Ghostface rap about the city that never sleeps: New York City. This features a brand new Metal Fingers (DOOM’s alias) beat, which features unidentifiable samples that must’ve been lifted from cartoons.

The name is a play on the term livelihood, in addition to it being a literal description of NYC (lively as in bustling, -hood as in “neighbor-”).
