“Sweetest Devotion” is a song by English singer-songwriter Adele. It’s written by Adele in collaboration with Paul Epworth, and appears as the final track on her third album, 25.

In an interview with USA Today, Adele stated that this song is about being a parent to her son, Angelo, who was born in 2012:

The song is all about my kid. The way I’ve described it is that something much bigger has happened in my life. I love that my life is now about someone else.

Adele has tried to protect her son from the consequences of having a famous mother. She and the child’s father, Simon Konecki, brought a successful privacy case against a UK-based paparazzi agency for publishing photos of her son during family outings.
