In January 2016, Black Butter Records released the latest single from J Hus, “Friendly”, after building up a swell of support on SoundCloud when the young rapper originally uploaded it. Now it’s been given the full treatment and it’s yet another reminder that there’s a lot more to Hus than “Lean & Bop”.

Once again, it’s a fun, humour-filled rap tune that sees Hus talk about seasoning girls like chicken, making “sexy money” and turning his nose up at ice in his Fanta (it is January, to be fair).

The track also serves as the seventeenth cut from J Hus' debut studio album Common Sense.
