South London singer Raye comes back to light with her first single from her Second (EP). Premiering the single through BEAT Magazine, she also provided them with a brief description about the track via email:

Distraction is a tune I made with the sickest producer called FRED. It’s just a pretty simple story of me trying to distract myself from some idiot! By verse 3 in the song I’ve managed to empower myself enough to cut him out and ignore his calls. We last minute put in an epic outro where you can imagine me having a great time because I won!
