“Pouring Codeine” is one of Duwap Kaine’s first viral tracks, whilst only being only fourteen years old at the time of release. The track was originally posted on his SoundCloud on March 15, 2016.

The track gained a lot of traction, leading to Lil Yatchy making a remix on the song, which was originally leaked as “Stuntin”. Later in 2019, Duwap decided to delete the song from his SoundCloud for unknown reasons.

In December of 2019 the track regained traction once again, due to its use surrounding the popular app, TikTok. The track was later officially released on all streaming platforms on April 16, 2020,
