The episode title is the only that is not spoken in full in a way. The closest is how the climax revolves around Will Simpson’s red pills, which need to countered by the blue ones. And metaphorically, it also refers to sadness, which shows in the flashbacks (Jessica becoming an orphan and going into the Walkers' abusive household) and in the contiguous story, given it follows Jessica having seen the bad guy escape and the woman who was “the living embodiment of her guilt” kill herself.
