Following the rather comedic “Badonk” and suitably closing off Underground Underdog, “41” sees Pouya put himself in the perspective of a twenty-year older version of him as a worn-out rapper. In the song, he describes his depression, something he previously spoke about in a June 2017 interview with Genius:

I feel like I still struggle with things like that, you know? Everybody struggles with depression and anxiety from time to time.

The music video for “41” goes hand in hand with the topic, showing footage of Pouya rapping outside of at a run-down motel.
