“No Problem” is Chance’s warning to all the record labels that give him problems while he’s trying to make his music. He’s not having any of it, and he’ll take action if they don’t stop messing with him.

The song was originally teased on Chance’s Snapchat in January 2016 and premiered as an exclusive in Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 radio program ahead of his album Coloring Book (then Chance 3), which was released the following day. It features 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne, who recently collaborated on their album, Collegrove.

Lil Wayne also teased his guest verse in March 2016. While doing a live stream in LiVideo, Tunechi said:

Right now I’m on the studio bus, I’m working on a feature song for Chance The Rapper, shout out Chance The Rapper.

It makes sense that Chance recruited Lil Wayne to rap on this song because of his longterm and public disputes with his label, Cash Money.

Additionally, this song won a Grammy for “Best Rap Performance” and was nominated for “Best Rap Song” in 2017, being the first streaming-only song to be nominated and receive a Grammy.
