The second and final single from “To Whom It May Concern”, charted within the top 40 in the US, the group’s final song to do so until 1975.

Barry Gibb provides lead vocals, with Maurice Gibb on Piano and Bass, Geoff Bridgeford on drums, and the orchestra arranged by Bill Shepard. Robin Gibb does not appear on the track, but lip-syncs in the music video.

It was the final Bee Gees release on ATCO records. From then on, they were distributed through RSO records (Robert Stigwood Organization), where they enjoyed the majority of their mainstream success from 1975-1979.
