Swae Lee, Slim Jxmmi, Mike WiLL Made-It, and Gucci Mane team up on a track comparing themselves to the legendary English rock band The Beatles. The three rappers address their fame, women, and, most importantly, their money.

A month after its release as a Sremmlife 2 single “Black Beatles” gained popularity when it became affiliated with the “Mannequin Challenge,” a viral video sensation that captures people standing still as still as a mannequin while performing various acts. Sports teams, celebrities, schools, and even Rae Sremmurd themselves have participated in this challenge.

On November 14, 2016, it was revealed that the track had “rode the #MannequinChallenge” to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It was both Rae Sremmurd’s and Gucci Mane’s first No. 1 single on the Hot 100.
