“Almost” is the eighth track from DNCE’s self-titled debut studio album, in which lead singer Joe Jonas sings about a relationship that was very close to being flawless, but eventually came to an abrupt end.

Both this song and another one from the same album, “Truthfully,” are two acoustic-led tunes that show a more serious side to the band, as they attempted to depart from their typical party-type songs.
