This song references the phenomenon of planets creating satellites. Especially some planets which hasn’t got a peaceful atmosphere, like Saturn, often pulls random space rocks to create a satellite which orbits around it. But sometimes the gravitational pull becomes really strong and satellites are pulled into the atmosphere of the planet which creates them. While “falling back” to the planet, satellites break into pieces and become space rocks again. There are rings around planets which are formed by that phenomenon.
