Lost Boyz

1, 2, 3, also known as 1, 2, 3 Thousand Problems, is the 15th track on the Lost Boyz’s 1996 debut Legal Drug Money. Instead of Mr. Cheeks doing the verses and Freaky Tah doing the over-dubs, Tah handles the verses while Cheeks does the hook and over-dubs. The song lasts 6 minutes and 54 seconds, making it the longest song on the album.

The song is a story of Tah getting ambushed by a man, only for him to get killed by Tah. Tah then goes to the house of another man, shoots his girlfriend, and ties the man to a chair. Tah then calls for Cheeks and his friends to help him. When they arrive, Tah pours smoke into the man’s eyes and shoots him. The final verse details a hit that Tah is about to do, but he ends up not doing it.

Though it was not released as a single, the song has since become one of the Lost Boyz’s most popular songs.
