Tunnel Vision

Kodak Black

In ‘'Tunnel Vision,’‘ Kodak raps about serving jail time, the corrupt prison system, and other issues he’s faced in the past. Metro Boomin and Southside provide the beat.

Before the song’s release, Kodak teased the track via live performances, on his Instagram, and in several videos that received more than 1 million views before the song officially dropped.

The “Tunnel Vision” music video shows Kodak standing in front of a burning cross—a reference to the KKK. The video also features a white man wearing a hat that says “Make America Hate Again", a nod to President Donald Trump’s campaign slogan, “Make America Great Again.” The man in the hat prepares to shoot a black man, but his gun fails, and the two come to blows. Finally, a little girl appears and shouts “Stop!” which brings the video to an end.
