This is the second take from Dirty Projectors' seventh album, coming 3 months after Keep Your Name.

Longstreth is back as the sole member of DP in the video, with the lyrics touching on sensations of missing an ex and being exposed to the real world after living in a bubble isolated from reality.

Imagery associated with light, shadow, sleep, and dreams are featured throughout the song.

Similar to “Keep Your Name," except for the addition of drums by bandmate Michael Johnson, "Little Bubble” finds Longstreth as the sole musician in the Dirty Projectors project.
