“10,000 miles” describes a messed up relationship after Cam'ron himself is discovered cheating his girlfriend multiple times, resulting in a rant of sleeping with different girls again as a remedy and eventually having to confess and show guilt.

The track is the first single off the official soundtrack for the Clifton Bell-directed movie 10,000 miles, which will be released in the summer of 2017.

The track samples the well-known “A Thousand Miles” by Vanessa Carlton, and describes a love life full of problems.
