Luke Cage has returned to Harlem after his storyline on Jessica Jones (do we still care about Jessica Jones spoilers?), during which his bar and his worldview were similarly shattered. On JJ he was pretty well relegated to the sexy love interest whose main function is to be physically capable of having sex with Jessica…until he found out that Jones had killed his beloved wife Reva, which coincidentally was the push that Jessica needed to escape her mind control. It’s fun because Reva was double fridge stuffed! Now he’s on to his own show, where he can finally use his powers for good…or for lifting up washing machines.
