Electric Eye

Electric Eye

Celldweller

“Electric Eye” is a non-album single by Celldweller. It is focused on a steady Drum'n'Bass rhythm and incorporates Celldweller’s signature chaotic basslines, a rhythm guitar in Thrash Metal style and simple, repetitive lyrics about an entity from space watching every move we make.
In the lyric video, this is demonstrated by literal beams of light originating from one planet and flowing back to it. Three planets (one of them having a skull pattern on it which is a reference to lyric video and single cover of his song New Elysium) are “captured” early on and the fourth near the end. This last planet is Earth.

Klayton teased production of this track several months before release on his Instagram account, then talked about it in an hour-long stream on Facebook and Ask Klayton #40 before officially announcing it 8 days before release.
