While many of the songs on the ‘Love Me Leave Me’ album were new productions of older collaborations with various online musicians, this song was actually written during the album recording sessions with her long time musical partner, Ryan Lum. Not only did he compose and perform the music, but he added in backing vocals, too, to recreate that vintage Joao and Astrud Gilberto feel.
