In “2 Cigarettes,” Jack & Jack depict the failing relationship, which was described in the previous song off the EP, “Hurt People.” The damage are so detrimental that it drives him to smoke two cigarettes even though he doesn’t smoke, looking for anything to alleviate the pain.
