The extraordinarily effective piece, with a rock-opera feel and cinematic flourish, combines Queen’s signature elements; namely, the drum crash sound coinciding with the layered “Flaaash!” vocals, Red Special guitar riffs, and Freddie’s vocals reaching into his dramatic and instantaneously recognizable falsetto.
