“It’s Going Down” is the song in the big fight scene for “Descendants 2.” Uma (China Anne McClain), daughter of Ursula and the leader of the pirate crew, is stating clearly that she’s in charge, and if she doesn’t get the wand, Ben (Mitchell Hope) is going swimming. Meanwhile, Mal (Dove Cameron) is telling Uma that unless she gets the king back, Uma won’t be given the wand. Ben, however, doesn’t want Uma to have the wand. He wants her to come to Auradon and give her another chance.
