This is a song that is about the dark side of my mind: the side with all of the depression, anxiety, and doubt. The side of me that always gets in the way whenever I try to do something: talk to people, comfort friends, do daring things, and most of all, write songs. I feel that lately, whenever I try to write something, I literally get in the way of myself and it makes it harder, and nearly impossible. So I literally wrote this song about the dark side of me to let out my frustration.
