Yung Pinch is describing the feeling of running into someone from a failed past relationship. He makes it obvious that the two have changed significantly since the fling, for Pinch, probably due to his new found fame. He loves this girl but knows nothing can ever come out of it however the attraction is still there so now when they meet up they just have sex. The title is referring to the girl “playing dumb” when she sees him around (acting like she doesn’t know him or choosing not to recognize the feelings still present).
