91 Cadillac Deville is the third track from Injury Reserves EP Drive It Like It’s Stolen. The track name is the only one that has a direct connection to the EP’s name, in regards to fast and expensive cars.

The songs name is directly inspired by the first Car Groggs ever owned, a 1991 Deville complete with a woodgrain dash. This is explained in the Groggs verse in the song.

The song shows the crew looking back at good memories throughout their youth, and how they will always have love for the things, people, and memories they had to leave in the past.
