Lauren Daigle’s dream for the year was to write for a film when given the opportunity to write for the movie Blade Runner she couldn’t wait to begin. The longing in the movie to be ‘almost human’ she got the idea for her song. She saw that humanity itself was the same way but could only be fulfilled by a greater power. To her when she feels insecure she looks to God. Daigle says we are all almost human until he comes and shows us who he is.
