“Bruised Ribs” is the second single from Yukon DeRosa’s December 2017 EP, Teenage Cruelty. The track was released on November 2 in North America and on the 3rd in Japan, New Zealand and Australia. It was Yukon DeRosa’s second single ever and follows the track “Watergun” on Teenage Cruelty.

Yukon DeRosa revealed on Twitter that he would be releasing a second single from Teenage Cruelty in late October of 2017. He stated that the track was about his suicide attempt when he was in eleventh grade and about how others rarely seem to care about individual’s mental state unless it affects them personally or unless caring would benefit them.
