“Wolves” is about the journey to finding love.
It’s the third single Selena’s released in 2017, following her 2015 album Revival.
The lyrics to the single were previewed a day before the release on the 24th of October on the official website of Selena.
“Wolves” is Gomez’s second EDM collaboration of 2017, following her song with producer Kygo, “It Ain’t Me,” which hit No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 back in May 2017. As of Jan. 16, 2018, “Wolves” peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at #20.
