Angel gets real about depression and suicidal thoughts on this track from Dirty Gold. Having survived being part of a cult and sexual molestation, Angel has had huge demons to face down.

The song’s title is, like Dirty Gold’s first single, “A Tribe Called Red,” named after a band (she seems to like doing this). In this case, it’s Tom DeLonge’s emo Blink 182 sideproject, Angels & Airwaves, whose songs also deal with recovering from depression and may have spoken to Angel when she was down.
